You need a FART gun with your boble chucka
I played orks during 5th edition and I allways brought my lobbaz with me. My oppenent was pretty suprised when I tucked them behind a hill. What do you mean they don’t line of sight…LOL But I didn’t bring an ammo runt and fired right on my own troops. Lucky enough there were a lot of boyz. Many didnt make it but they won the day against those imperium-loving-grey-knights-things ^-^
Orks were one of the few armies that broke the Grey knight Meta back in late fifth edition. They just couldn’t handle the weight of bodies and amount of decent strength attacks. A 2 up save can only be saved so often!
I just love the Ork mental logic to making guns.
I always thought the “oldest” models were the more reliable ones… The kannon and the lobba are my favorite.
I really don’t see the point of the bubble chukka. You get high strength? Cool, everybody gets a safe against it. You get good armour penetration? Yeah, but you won’t hurt aybody with it…
An artillery version of the shokk attack gun would have been very cool!
That would be cool actually, and maybe it would have limited ammo like the manticore as the crew have to feed each other to the weapon. 🙂
Love the idea of limited ammo @aj86 ! You could maybe add snotling models for a certain price. They could die as if they were part of the unit or sacrificed whenever you fire the gun. When you don’t have snothlings anymore, you can’t fire the gun!
Ha ha Yes! That would be brilliant, I can imagine some real three stooges activity as they try to trip each other up and trick each other to clamber into the breach. 🙂
Maybe you could fire more than one a turn, getting you more shots, but cutting the amount of turns it can be used.
This has opened my eyes to something I have never even thought of running with my Ork force! Good show!
