Face Off Across The Frozen Endzone
November 14, 2013 by brennon
Frozen Endzone is an upcoming tactical sports game by Mode 7. The game is similar to American football but with robots and according to the Steam page “Two teams face off in a randomly-generated situation. You must design a play to get the ball into your opponent's endzone, using the stadium's terrain to your advantage.”
The game is turn based and will feature customizable teams and stadiums with single and multiplayer options for gameplay. There will be a pre-order beta in about a week and a full gameplay video to show people exactly what they can expect from the full game.
The randomly generated terrain will certainly make things interesting. The graphics are looking really good and the animations aren’t half bad at all. Seeing as “The game has come a very long way since the first few times you've seen it in trailers and screenshots” I expect things to be looking even better now.

Does this look like a contender for Blood Bowl?
So it’s a computer game? Not interested…
