Mantic Games ran their Brush With Death painting competition last year and it produced some amazing paint jobs from their community members. Now it's 2017 they're back with a new challenge as they ask you to Brush With Death once again and paint up characters from The Walking Dead: All Out War.

The focus this time around will be on a Single Miniature or an All Out War Diorama.

"We want to see your incredible work on Rick, or perhaps a stunning paint job on a particularly nasty Walker. Plus, we’ve even got a special category for diorama pieces featuring two or more miniatures, which means you can recreate some of the iconic moments from the comic – Rick meeting back up with Lori and Carl, Dale keeping watch in the Atlanta Camp, Rick riding through Atlanta on his horse surrounded by Walkers…the choice is yours!"

Here are the rules for each of the categories...

The Walking Dead: All Out War Single Miniature

• This can be a Survivor or Walker
• You must use miniatures from The Walking Dead: All Out War range
• Conversions are allowed, using modelling materials and other The Walking Dead miniatures produced by Mantic Games
• Scratch built miniatures are not allowed
• You may mount your miniatures on a suitable gaming or display base
• The person entering the competition must be the person that painted them
• You can enter both categories, however, you can only enter each category once
• By entering the competition, you agree to images your entry/entries being used in whatever manner Mantic Games sees fit

The Walking Dead: All Out War Diorama

• The diorama must feature at least two miniatures from The Walking Dead: All Out War range
• Conversions are allowed, using modelling materials and other The Walking Dead miniatures produced by Mantic Games
• Scratch built miniatures are not allowed
• You may mount your miniatures on a suitable gaming or display base
• The person entering the competition must be the person that painted them
• You can enter both categories, however, you can only enter each category once
• By entering the competition, you agree to images your entry/entries being used in whatever manner Mantic Games sees fit

The winner from each category will then not only get acclaim, fame, infamy and mobbed routinely by fans but also this rather awesome Brush With Death trophy.
