TTCombat Preview New 10mm Dropzone Commander Terrain!
June 30, 2021 by brennon
The Sci-Fi X range by TTCombat is going to be growing this weekend with a host of new kits for use in the 10mm Sci-Fi wargame, Dropzone Commander. A few Compounds were teased this week showing off the range of terrain you'll be able to snap up.

Whilst most of the terrain that you'll have used in Dropzone Commander focuses on the conflict within the city, this new range looks to provide you with a more industrial setup. Perhaps this is the sector of the city that focuses on building a lot of the ships, tanks and weapons that you use in your army?

Whilst a lot of this terrain is simply going to be there to block lines of sight and create some interesting angles of attack, it also has plenty of space for units of troops to take up position. You could pop a few soldiers in and around these buildings to give them an edge.

All of them can also be marked for use in objective-based scenarios too. For example, with the kit above I could see a fun scenario where has one side seeking to blow up those different tanks. The other side is then charged with keeping a forcefield or shield operational so that the enemy can't bring their big guns to bear.
Five new kits will be available this Friday so keep an eye out and let us know if you'll be picking them up.

I think those could work nicely with Battletech
Very nice don’t forget a power station at 10mm could be a water processing plant at 28mm.
On the expensive side considering how little detail there is and how much work you have to put in to make them look good.
Are you comparing them to other mdf kits or something else? I thought it was a pretty reasonable price point.
