Tabletop World Look For Support Building The City Of Altburg
June 7, 2019 by brennon
Tabletop World, alongside Broken Egg Games, are going to be coming to Kickstarter on July 12th with their City Of Altburg project. The first building looking for crowdfunding is this wonderful looking Stable.
This is another of the impressive looking buildings from Tabletop World which features characterful stonework, detailed interiors, animals and all sorts of accessories. It would be a skirmish and/or roleplay gamer's dream to be wandering around this on the tabletop.
I mean, take a peek inside this thing...
There is so much goodness to wrap your eyeballs around here. I love that there is even sculpted straw and such in the stables for the horses. This would be a joy to paint too, a stable situated somewhere outside the city or in the fields.
As this is called The City Of Altburg one hopes that we're going to be seeing all sorts of additional buildings in the near future.
Will you be supporting their terrain-based Kickstarter?

Would back for an animal only pledge. Those horses and doggo look spot on. Stable looks great as well but I know Tabletop World are out of my price range at the moment. The problem is also, you couldn’t have a stable on its own. You need a house or blacksmith’s or have it attached to a fantasy delivery service. So then you have to buy the forge or house or delivery company’s building to go with it. Then you would an wheelwright’s workshop to fix the wheels on the cart. It just wouldn’t be realistic to have a stable… Read more »

What a fabulous looking building.
I’ve been waiting to see the next building in this new range and looking forward to seeing what the Kickstarter will be like. This just might be my first purchase into Tabletop World. This new scale looks like it’s going to be perfect for me. Very excited for this.
The introduction of the animals is a nice touch. “Larger heroic scale” needs qualifying a bit – for example some photos with familiar models in situ.
I’d better start buying more lottery tickets!!
This may be about to enable my terrain addiction – just sayin’…
That stable is gorgeous
