Battle Through A Stacked Shanty Town With TTCombat’s Terrain
December 16, 2021 by brennon
TTCombat has been putting together some more previews for what awaits us in 2022. Terrain is a core of their catalogue and some new modular bits and bobs are going to be popping up in the near future.
Container Stacks // TTCombat
The various stacks have been designed to make a container-based shantytown. You can lock and build these together in different ways to make a really diverse and interesting landscape on the tabletop. Not only does it provide plenty of height but nooks and crannies where ambushes can take place.
As you can see, this could be used to make an interesting Sci-Fi set-up for your games or perhaps something Post-Apocalyptic.

All you need is a bunch of ladders all over the place for people to wander up as they want to access different levels. I could see some towering boards made using these terrain pieces. They seem like they would be a good fit for Necromunda, Infinity, Warpath, Deadzone and plenty more games.
As you can see, they have some seriously big plans for this range. You could make some very interesting tabletops using this and it wouldn't be too hard to paint either.

Watch out for the release of this terrain in the new year and start thinking up some games to use it for. Mixing this in with plastic terrain from the likes of Mantic Games and Games Workshop would also make it pop too.
What do you think?

Under hive any one?
Over hive, wombling free…
Lol.
Want! Necromunda, Five Parsecs, Stargrave all ripe for some of this.
Away from the Underhive I’m thinking a main street of shiny Infinity buildings and a crowded warren of these behind.
Favelas.. iiiin Spaaaace!!! (Ok not nearly as dramatic as Pigs in Space but worthy of mentioning.
Cool stuff and would be a treat to do up with all the pigments. I’m glad to be curbing my wants against my needs. Still, if I ever do get to play Necromunda might need terrain.
Lots of potential for these across a number of popular games
These look really interesting, and if I know TTCombat they’ll be a very good price. Might have to get.
