Spend a Day at the GameCraft Chariot Races
February 13, 2013 by dracs
GameCraft have released a new chariot arena style play board for you to get gaming on.
While very plain as it is, I think that this could prove to be a good starting place for getting together a Blood Bowl style football pitch. It might be a bit big, but given it's tile nature it could be easily adjusted, and the squares for movement are already marked out on it.
Do you think this would be worth picking up, or can you do better yourself?
OK, the first thing I thought of when I saw this is WHY? $80 (Originally $100!!!)for a 64.8″ x 24″ piece of MDF…… The local B&Q can cut MDF to size and you could draw this on with a pencil for a fraction of the price. Admittedly, I will never get that giddy feeling when the postman tries to stick this through my letter box, but I guess I can make that sacrifice. hehe
If I have missed something with this one, please take a swift run-up prior to a sharp kick in the face.
Many thanks in advance
no.
Not quite the Hippodrome, is it?
Oh dear…
And gamecraft was doing so well !
Who priced that… thing ? Shouldn’t it have been (free) PDF and not (expensive) MDF ?
I’ll pass on this… I can make this at work for free when I take my lunch break.
Now that is a good price we could all do with, hehe
Ok I didn’t actually notice the price. Wow that’s bad
Not good when the price is larger than the board, 😛
