Skirmish Around A Ruined Factory From Sarissa Precision
May 4, 2015 by brennon
Keeping up the theme of some destroyed terrain for your tabletop see what you think of the Large Destroyed Factory from Sarissa Precision that could very well complement that Urban Ruin mat you just saw today from Deep-Cut...
The whole building is W300 x D300 x H175mm approximately and comes with a removable roof (on top of the huge destroyed section of course), internal walkways and etched detail on the walls and doors you can see in the image above.
In 28mm scale this would be good for the likes of World War II gaming or of course anything from near-modern onwards.
Do you need a big new factory?

This is very nice, but so many things coming on the market now that I don’t know what to choose!
looks a bit like minecraft, but maybe there are ways to prepare terrain like this to avoid “pixelation” ? 😛
Looks like it belongs in some retro 8bit wargame, like someone attacked it with Tetris pieces.
looks like a damaged building from Tron?
wow I never heard about them – great prices,
Not big enough. Stunning, but need another one joined to it!
I think with some careful modification, detailing and painting, this would be an awesome centerpiece for WW2+ era wargames.
radegast6, depending on what you like you might like ‘Game Craft’. Lots of different scales mdf or a foam version. Very good quality too.
Sarissa, like GC, make a base ‘item’ and you can go all out to detail and finish it, but you can do a minimum amount of work and still get a beautiful finish. I bought a heap of middle east buildings and with a bit of textured paint and a little here-and-there you have some brilliant additions to your gaming table.
Always happy to see their new items.
I have a ruined building from Sarissa, and I’ll need to take a saw and file to rough up the edges (dust mask on). But for the price and quality, well worth it.
I’d like to see it painted.
