DarkOps Set Sail With Their New Frigate, Sea Wolf

If you're looking for a seaworthy vessel to take you out onto the ocean then see what you think of DarkOps new Frigate called Sea Wolf. This comes as part of their growing Dark Seas range for 28mm scale skirmish gaming.
As you can see this is a massive ship made out of MDF. It comes in at 6" wide and 21" long and has plenty of extra detailing throughout the vessel plus removable decks allowing you to play on top it and beneath its deck.
As well as all of the detail work it also comes with space for twenty four metal cannons (included with the ship) made out of metal which are fitted throughout the ship.
I can already see some of the epic encounters that will play out across this ship. That decks is big enough to move figures around on and have a proper battle between boarding parties, the Captain battling against Pirates at the rear of the ship.
If you really want to push the boat out then you could always get yourself a custom name plaque for the ship too. DarkOps really do put everything into their MDF kits and this is a masterful piece worthy of some love and attention.

Dark Ops does some really good terrain

Probably more of a terrain piece/objective than an actual useful craft.

Looks amazing especially for an mdf ship, especially as the price is excellent for what you get.
this is an awesome ship, my only criticism is that the transom stern of the boat. it is just too flat , even a slight curve to it would have perfected this:-)
