The Spartan Scenic Terrain Range Blows Up Buildings & Fortifications

Spartan Games has added to their Spartan Scenics range this month with the release of some new terrain kits showing off a ruined and blasted landscape on the tabletop.

Each of these kits like the Residential Buildings above was created in 10/15mm scale allowing them to be used with their game, Halo: Ground Command or indeed any other game at this scale like Dropzone Commander. They are made of resin and MDF and work as modular pieces alongside other pieces in the range.

You can add a few Ruined Industrial Buildings into the mix when you're looking at getting larger buildings into the mix.

The main thing is working out whether or not you'd be able to fit your bases of miniatures into these buildings or if they are simply there to act as blocking terrain. As well as that they have some ways to add a more military feel to your tabletop with these Fortified Positions.

The idea is that these fortifications might have been overrun at some point by the likes of the Covenant. You could have your soldiers trying to put up a desperate fight in them, or maybe get your hobby skills in gear and tinker with these to make them look like the defenders have tried to fix them?
