Sarissa’s Burrows & Badgers Terrain Now Available
August 25, 2018 by brennon
Sarissa Precision has now released their new Burrows & Badgers Terrain based on the fantastic skirmish game from Oathsworn Miniatures.
The terrain is available in two different bundles right now as you'll see above and below. The first image contains a small selection of terrain whilst the second provides you with all of the buildings currently on offer.
The terrain, as we've said before, is superb and really helps bring the world of Burrows & Badgers to life. I think I'd do what they've done for these particular pieces and do some flocking and additional landscaping around the bases.
Are you going to be snapping these buildings up (all of which are available individually as well)?
What do you think?

Badgers & Malifaurrows!!
I love the smaller buildings, the doors are great too on the bigger ones. Definitely something I’ll be looking at picking up
I agree, the little door in the big door is a great touch.
Fabulous looking buildings the cottage’s would be great for hobitton diorama’s.
These do not come painted. I wish they would provide unpainted pictures on their website. Seems a tad deceptive.
We will, as soon as we have an unpainted example to photograph! In the meantime, however, every product description and the picture on the ‘terrain’ page state clearly that they are unpainted.
I think ‘deceptive’ seems a bit strong to me…
None of the product photos (just checked) that I see show the unpainted building kit that I would actually receive. I call that deceptive. I have no problem with showing both an unpainted and painted version.
Here you go, I’ve unpainted them for ya.

@lancorz. How is such wizardry achieved? Oh and go home it’s a Bank Holiday

Again, as I have already said, as soon as we have unpainted versions to photograph (which should be tomorrow), they’ll be on the site.
And again, as I said, every single product listing’s description states that they are supplied unbuilt and unpainted.
But hey, if you want to say we’re trying to deceive people, that’s up to you.
I think everyone else, that can read or take the time to read, understand that they come unpainted. I can see that if someone were just skimming and ordering on gut reaction then they might get stung with something that they might not be prepared for. But hasn’t it always been, “Buyer Beware”? The ultimate responsibility rests on the buyer’s shoulders, not the Sellers. If it’s in print as to what it is then its the Buyer’s fault if they don’t stop and comprehend what is written. IMHO You folks are doing fine work with the Burrows and Badgers line.… Read more »
Agreed, if Oathsworn are being deceptive it’s by hiding what I find to be the best warband skirmish game there is behind cute fluffy beasties. Although the beasties do make it better and they are the most wonderful models, so I won’t hold it against them. The buildings they’ve developed with Sarissa are definitely going to add another level.
Those are some great looking terrain.
Tempted to grab some as an option for Moonstone
With all the energy around Lord of the Rings at the minute, I’d like to mix some of these in with the Mordenburg range from 4Ground for a cool Bree themed table. Perfect for a town inhabited by hobbits and men, you could have Aragorn’s rangers taking on the Ringwraiths, Sharkey roughing up the locals before invading the Shire, an orc raid, or how about the worlds worst burglars? Some famished trolls come down from the Ettenmoors trying to break in and steal some horses (or locals)
Lovely buildings, anyonw knows how big they are when adding AoS styled minis beside them? I dont play Badgers but if they had a decent size I would pick them up for other games.
The game isn’t my thing but the buildings are lovely
