Explore Sarissa Precision’s Zone Theta 28mm Sci-Fi Terrain

Sarissa Precision has released some brand new Sci-Fi terrain for your various 28/32mm miniature wargames. Zone Theta offers up a selection of terrain which should broadly fit into pretty much any game you could think of.
Explorers Settlement Alpha // Sarissa Precision
At the core of their new releases are the two Explorers Settlements. Each of these, Alpha and Beta, come with a range of habitation buildings that have been built up by colonists who have found themselves on distant worlds.

The sets come with a couple of buildings alongside linking sections and connectors as well as the access ladders for the tops of the buildings. You could imagine miners and prospectors living in these on some frontier world. You could easily use these for the likes of Necromunda, Warhammer 40,000, Infinity, Warpath...and any other game you could think of.
The "blank slate" look of this terrain makes it particularly good. All you'd need to do is paint it up in a particular way, or add specific components, in order to make it work for your game of choice.
Extra Terrain Options
All of the different elements that you see above are available separately too. So, if you want to get your hands on just one or two of these buildings, you can. You can also pick up some fun additional pieces of terrain including the Lander Pad.

Great as a focal point for your games I would say. Have your soldiers rush towards this as they look to get overrun by the enemy. Everyone loves a good "get to the chopper" scenario. You could see this being the place for a final stand as your Kill Team waits for a Valkyrie to scream in from above. Tyranids mass around the base and clamber up the ladder as your soldiers frantically try and hold the line. Epic.
We also have this! The T.U.G could be a nice bit of cover to hide behind but also has the potential to be interactive terrain too.
T.U.G // Sarissa Precision
Maybe you could have one of your soldiers pass a test in order to get the engine running. The T.U.G then trundles along the tabletop providing you with some rolling cover. It's a nifty piece that could easily be turned into something fun for a number of different factions. A looted vehicle for the Genestealer Cults, perhaps?
What do you make of the new Zone Theta range by Sarissa Precision?

I think this terrain looks brilliant just the stuff for playing a the thing type game’s
It is interesting and has a very 70’s and 80’s moon base design to it. I have often complained in most games we get factories, and ruins of large buildings but we never get to see how they live. So it is good see someone including housing to act as a back drop.
It would be interesting to see if you could do a roof off section I do rather like putting models inside buildings even if gameplay wise it makes no difference.
Main thing about this news is now that Sarrisa is doing pre-painted MDF terrain (previously 4Grounds claim to fame) CHEAPLY (not 4Grounds claim to fame), it’s going to be a LOT easier to just paint the MDF compared to doing it on “bare” MDF wood. Think of the pre-paint as a “pre-undercoat” and believe me under coating MDF is a pain as the wood just soaks up the paint.
I’m really interested in that TUG, but the rest of the kits look very much like the same stuff they already have but with a different paint job. I bought a whole bunch of it last year.
These would be great for “Violent Dark” from ‘Black Site Studio’. ???
