Sarissa Precision Read A Mighty Trebuchet For A Siege

Sarissa Precision has started winding back a mighty piece of siege equipment. Here we have their new Trebuchet kit which will soon be flinging stones against the walls of many a castle across Europe and the Middle-East.

These weapons of war were used by both Christian and Muslim forces throughout the 12th Century. The counterweight was used to swing the arm and projectile at great speed, tossing projectiles into the sky to come down with great force on walls and all sorts. They were impressive pieces of technology!

They became very popular with the armies of the period and were used pretty much across the board until gunpowder weapons got added into the mix. Now you just need to find a bunch of peasants that you can stick into the wheels as you get ready to wind back that arm to prepare for another shot.
