Sally 4th Makes Normandy Buildings Easy With Their Latest Kickstarter
October 28, 2015 by deltagamegirl22
Sally 4th has found the perfect way for gamers and hobbiests to make Normady not only look great, but really quick and easy too!
Their Normandy Photo-realistic 28mm Terrain project is live on Kickstarter right now and brings the charm and character of Normandy to life with easy to assemble MDF kits with high quality cover sheets and downloadable, printable imagery to peel and stick right on to your buildings.
With sets like this, it's easy to get a terrain set up in one, two, three and make it look quite lovely. This is both beneficial for those who may not have the time, or painting skill to get things to the level they'd like to game with.
Will you be putting together your own photo-realistic Normandy?

Hi,
Can we have a link to the kickstarter?
Sorry found the link half way through, that will teach me for not reading properly. As an aside though has anyone noticed that he seems to be charging more or the same as buying the identical products on his website, the second tier of funding is for a semi-detached house for £27.00 but on his website the same product with what looks like an identical package is £25.50 at most (as he sends you a PDF of the photos which are available on his website as a PDF for free)?? The next level up is £102.00 for two buildings so… Read more »
Does the kickstarter version come with the printed sheets? Are they fancy sticky photo paper? That might explain the difference between the cost of bare wood plus pdf vs kickstarter complete building kit.
Nope both are just pdf downloads you can have for free (one he emails you the other is downloaded from the website). So no special paper or stick on items. If they came with those it wouldn’t be as bad.
a nice group of buildings & roads the church looks good.
£27 for one building with the sheets supplied pre-printed on quality paper = Yes!
£27 for one building where you have to print your own sheets = No!
I can’t deny that they do look good though.
They do look great but probably having to buy a new printer to get them to look decent without streaking of colour mismatches kinda puts me off
