Gale Force Nine has announced that over the coming few months they are going to be creating a range of new Battlefield In A Box terrain which would be perfect for your Star Wars: Legion games. Check out the first pieces from their Galactic Warzone range.

Galactic Warzones - Defence Turrets

We start with the Defence Turrets here which are going to be a key objective for your troops to take command of when they are sitting down to fight battles. As with all of the terrain from Gale Force Nine for the Battlefield In A Box range, it is fully painted and comes pretty much ready to use on the tabletop.

These Defence Turrets might be useful if you're looking to defend the Power Generator which could be set up on...hmmm, a nice icy planet?

Each of the large Generators that you see above comes with a Power Coupling allowing you to link together multiple terrain sets to create larger arrays for powering your hidden base.

Desert Planets

As seems to be the fashion, we're also heading to some very sandy planets (much to Anakin's dismay). Here we have some of their additional terrain pieces like the Desert Tower.

The range then grows and develops with the Desert Buildings...

...and the Desert Walls sections.

You might remember that earlier today we looked at some Desert Terrain from Micro Art Studio. Well, if you combined these pieces with those you'd have some very similar looking houses in a range of different sizes allowing you to make a unique tabletop with plenty of character to it.

All of this could be hosted on their new Gaming Mats which come in Grass & Desert. All you need to do is flip them over to choose your battlefield.

The range is also going to be expanding. The Desert Range is going to be available in June. Wave Two takes the form of the Defence Turrets and Power Generator as well as an Objective Set which will be coming in July. Last but not least we have some Scatter Terrain for you in the shape of the Storage Crates AND a large Bunker set as well.

So, plenty to look forward to!
