Redesigned Malifaux Terrain Joins The ColorED Range By Plast Craft
October 24, 2016 by brennon
The ColorED range from Plast Craft Games is expanding once again as a range of redesigned Malifaux terrain is going to be joining the collection. Take a look at the buildings and more on offer...
The selection of buildings will include the houses that you see here as well as the additional walkways that are separating the board. It's nice to see something giving you more elevation elements to enhance your games.
These little houses have a nice style to them where they've taken nice Victorian looking designs and then twisted and warped them to make them appeal more to the 'Wyrd' nature of Malifaux. The walkway around the side of the house is a nice touch too.
One of the feature pieces of this terrain is the larger tower that you could see towards the back of the main image.
Now that is a marvellous looking creation with a nice place to play around inside sat right in the middle. Another little touch that is appreciated is the way the windows and doors are set back into the rest of the terrain making it look that little more realistic.
The Walkways, as mentioned above, would be great for separating out portions of the board and of course offering a bit of cover for your dirty dealings.
You can also see that the terrain has interiors too so you can play around inside which is a nice touch. All you need are a few props to make the houses look lived in and you'll have a board in no time.
What do you think of the terrain?

I have heard only positive things with this ColorED range whilst also saying I greatly enjoy the stuff from the infinity range (sort of wish they’d finish getting it all done like the TAG hanger bay and the control room).
I’ve got their post-apocalyptic range and really like it.
looks great.
great job, it absolutely screams malifaux. its so easy to get a great looking game these days.
Those pieces look awesome! I’d love to have a table that looks like this. Great work!
I thought the original Colored terrain was very boxy looking, but they’ve improved so much over the last few releases – new stuff looks fantastic, and I’d seriously consider some of their stuff when I’m adding to my tables 🙂
I have one of the normal cut out PVC buildings that has no color but it was great to put together.
