Miniature Scenery Revamp Their Forsaken Ruins Terrain
December 10, 2020 by brennon
Miniature Scenery has recently been showing off their new take on the Forsaken Ruins collection. This is a set of 28mm terrain which would work particularly well for those who wanted to play games in a Sci-Fi grimdark future or something more Fantastical at the same time.
Forsaken Ruins Kit // Miniature Scenery
This selection of terrain looks like it would make for a good place to skirmish in and around. I love the big thick walls which work well as cover and that there is also a lot of height to many of these pieces too. The perfect place for a sniper to take up a position.

Whilst some of the iconography does match up quite nicely to the grimdark future there isn't a lot there which marks it out as too Sci-Fi. A lot of the tweaked pieces are a nice upgrade from the previous line with a few different details worked into the designs.
Forsaken Ruins Corner // Miniature Scenery
If you like the idea of this terrain then it is well worth delving into the rest of the collection which can be found HERE. There are even a few elements introduced into the mix alongside the MDF that are made out of resin.
Are you going to be checking this terrain set out?

Ooh Wow a fabulous looking set of terrain For gaming.
I love the shapes these guys get with their MDF. I’ve been promising myself their tramp steamer for years, ever since I first saw it on this site.
Pretty cool
