Deep-Cut’s New Mat Creates the Gothic Atmosphere of Gotham

Deep-Cut Studio recently released a new mat seeking to recreate the dark and sinister atmosphere of DC Comics' most famous city; Gotham!
Deep-Cut have gone with what could be a barren and ill-repaired wasteland. Fog shrouds the ground while moonlight shines over patches. This would be either the perfect home for Batman, or a Victorian Gothic horror.
Do you think this mat does a good job at capturing Batman's famous home?

Could just as easily be a dark wasteland of the distant war-torn future… it looks great!
This is actually really nice. Definitely has the abandoned docks/warehouses vibe going on but as @rayzryr has mentioned, it has that ash-waste feel to it too.
I’ve been looking for a mordor mat. This may be it!

Forget Batdork! That’s a perfect mat for any grim dark Sci-Fi or Fantasy.
