Explore A Magnetic Dungeon With Knights Of Dice
February 20, 2020 by brennon
If you’re looking to create some more dynamic-looking dungeons for your adventurers to delve into then Knights Of Dice has an option for you as they released their Shattered Halls range recently.
This selection of terrain comes in MDF and has been designed so that it is entirely modular, allowing you to build it in a variety of ways thanks to the aid of magnets.
A series of conjoining pieces have slots in them for you to add magnets (purchased separately) so you can then add whatever corridors or rooms you want alongside them to create sprawling underground structures.
Each of the terrain pieces in the collection comes marked with a grid so they should be good for pretty much any roleplaying game and of course some skirmish games too. I could see people using these a lot in D&D but also the likes of Frostgrave and Rangers Of Shadow Deep too.
You can also buy a selection of accessories to fill your dungeons with too. Cages, Bookcases, Chests, Pillars and more are also available for Knight Of Dice and should help things look a bit more lived in.
It’s certainly not as grand in scale as something like Dwarven Forge but it comes in at a much more affordable price and it looks really good. With a lick of paint and a bit of weathering, you’d have an awesome set of dungeon delving terrain.
What do you make of the Shattered Halls?

Looks nice, especially for MDF but gets expensive fast 😉
Looks awesome, looking forward to getting hold of this!
Ooh this looks good.
I was this in person at CanCon, it’ll looks great, feels solid.
Looks like a good option if looking for an alternative to ‘Dwarven Forge’. Should save on weight as will.
