Kromlech Wander Into The Dark Forest With New Releases

Kromlech's new Dark Forest terrain and basing range is now available for you to snap up and add to your Fantasy tabletops! If you're venturing into Rangers Of Shadow Deep, these might suit you very well indeed.
Dark Forest Tree Stumps // Kromlech
The idea behind these various pieces is to add some character and maybe a little bit of cover to your skirmish wargames. All of the pieces that you see here are crafted out of resin and are scaled to work for 28mm wargames. I love the idea that these could also be objective pieces that you need to search!
Dark Forest Bushes // Kromlech
The Dark Forest Bushes make me think that something or someone is hiding in them ready to strike at your adventurers as they work their way through the silent forest. The twisting and reaching branches of the bushes give things an enchanted feel and it looks like the vegetation is seeking to reclaim a man-made structure or two.
The Dark Forest is so deadly that there are only a few who have been able to map it. With that in mind, maybe these Roadsigns will be helpful as you work your way through the trees?

Again, these are awesome and packed full of character. Place these across the tabletop and use them to lead or mislead your party of adventurers as they go about their heroic work. I mentioned Rangers Of Shadow Deep above but these could also be nice as set dressing for D&D games or maybe Blacklist Games' Lasting Tales. The quirky Fantasy look should work well for that.
Dark Forest Basing Kits
As well as the larger resin pieces, you can also pick up two sets that are useful for theming your base after the Dark Forest. Play around with some Shrubs...

...or perhaps some cunningly placed Mushrooms. All of these would be fun to add onto the bases of Goblins and other forest-dwelling creatures.

You could also clump these together alongside the shrubs and make them into a new set of scatter terrain on the tabletop. Again, this feels like a really nice set of thematic terrain which can be used to really evoke the theme of a Dark Forest.
Are you a fan of the new Dark Forest range by Kromlech?
