Knights Of Dice Grab A Bite At New Neo Sentry Fast Food Joints
October 24, 2019 by brennon
Knights Of Dice are delving into some more awesomeness for your Sci-Fi tabletops as they show off the work on some new Fast Food Outlets which can be combined together to create a little hub in the centre of your cityscape as part of their Neo Sentry range.
Options wise you have the building above, Los Hermanos Taqueria but this then branches out to include Meta Burger...
...and two more shops, Prosperity Dumplings and also finally Taskim Doner Kebab.
So, it seems that in the far future you are still just as spoilt for choice when it comes to grabbing a snack and then getting stuck into combat. I love the design of the storefronts here which have lots of depth to them, perfect for allowing a player to hide the models and strike from the shadows. Also, the plastic elements snapped onto the top look nice and clean too, perfect for a Sci-Fi world.
All of this combines to create a fascinating set of terrain pieces for use in your games and as I mentioned before, a good centrepiece for the table.
By connecting them all up you get a good space for a clash with some room up top for you to run around on the roofs too. This is a nice characterful element to help build up the lived-in feel for your battlefield, especially in a game like Infinity.
What do you make of these new Fast Food Outlets?

As someone drooling over the Judge Dredd stuff coming from Warlord, this is right up my alley!
Nice.
This would be great for any sci-fi urban battlefield, or just for dioramas. Imagine a couple of Primaris stopping for a burger after a long day of stomping Chaos marines.
All it needs is a Japanese speaking protectron selling noodles and it’s ready for Fallout.
I’m going to pick this up but there is some bad news – Knights of Dice had a fire at their manufacturing facility and it damaged one machine and the fire suppression materials are quite messy. KoD may be a little delayed on production. Still, their products are well worth the wait and if anyone wants to support them, I’m sure they’d appreciate having backorders to fill when they get back up and running.
