Knights Of Dice Bring The Kraken Petroleum Gas Station To The Table
January 11, 2016 by deltagamegirl22
Being that zombies and post apocalyptic themes are all the rage these days, Knights of Dice has really nailed it with their last WIP, the Kraken Petroleum, gas station.
As shown in the pictures, this one totally lends itself to a zombie game. Paint it up to look run down, and it's the perfect place to hide or try to loot. If Zombies aren't your thing, you could paint it up to look like new and have it sit quite nicely in a pulp game as well.
One of the nicest features on this kit is that it offers playable gaming space on its interior. The roof lifts off for you to continue your gaming within the station itself.
This kit should hit their shelves next week, so keep an eye out for it.
What do you think of Kraken Petroleum?

This looks like it might fit in well for a 1930’s-40’s pulp themed game. Possibly a game of “Golden Age” Batman, or Pulp City, or 7TV.
Maybe a Cthulhu-themed pulp adventure?
Really like the Art Deco style.
nice love the detailing.
This is a great building. Not just for the nice detail but the usable interior and low roof levels make it great to play over, Every area is easily accessible. Sometimes HDF buildings can look awesome but when it comes to actual gameplay they add nothing to the game and just act as a large block of impassible terrain.
Cant wait for this to be released…..
I love the art-deco style. This would pair up so well with a ton of games. Like you said, it’s all in how you paint it up.
