a interesting quick piece of terrain.
what about the scourer pads you can get sheets up to 30mm thick Gerry.
never seen any thicker than the top of a sponge, but if you can get your hands on chunky ones like that they should do the trick a treat
Me too but a quick net search an I found the thicker materials Gerry.
Check out floor buffer pads. Its scourer stuff thats almost an inch thick. If you know any janitors they can get you all the 3-4″ discs from the middle you’ll ever need for free as that bit gets thrown away
Ooh nice i never thought of them.
A Gerry Can on weed! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
oh… only tumbleweed… well, at least they won’t give you the munchies XD
Lol.
Also good for games like Stargrave & Five Parsecs on those dryer planets.
I like the horse hair the best, if I was to make some I think the horse hair would be my main one (or tail I suppose ?
Having driven over more than a few of them, and likely so many more in the future, I think that the rubberized horsehair is better suited for the detail for realism. In general game terms it doesn’t really matter but its damn well makes my life easier seeing this and knowing what to purchase in order for future projects.
