Set Up Your Gang Stronghold & Protect It In Necromunda Soon

Games Workshop has previewed a new set of terrain which is going to be dropping for Necromunda soon. The Gang Stronghold is going to be a narrative focal point for your games and isn't just a pretty piece of terrain.

The Watchtower, Stronghold Gate and Firing Ports that are placed throughout the structure each have actual in-game benefits. So, as well as clambering all over it you'll also have reasons to protect certain elements of the Stronghold too. I like the idea of planting a sniper up in that tower to watch over the twisted ruins of the Underhive.
Gang Stronghold Terrain With Miniatures // Necromunda
This set works alongside the rest of the plastic terrain range by Games Workshop including the likes of Zone Mortalis. This means that you could use this for games of Kill Team and Warhammer 40,000 as well; it doesn't have to just be a terrain piece for the Underhive.
You could personalise this to match your faction of choice in Necromunda which I think would be pretty cool. Maybe you could make removable banners and such which could change depending on which of your gaming group has managed to claim it during campaign rounds?
What do you make of the Gang Stronghold?

That is some good looking terrain.
That would be great as a command bunker for the guards.
Thats not bad looking terrain.
I love how GWs idea of a stronghold is just a bunch of scaffolding, a few walls, and a single “water” tower. That would be a very crappy stronghold, with out a single place to actually live. Lol.
Probably because your home base can be a lot of different things in Necromunda.
Great looking kit. Very usefull for Necromunda or small stronghold for small cities above ground. I also smell a very easy Ork conversion for this!
Given how Necromunda has had very limited availability of practically anything … I do wonder if they will keep this in stock once the preorders are sold 🙁
As terrain this has more uses than Necromunda. Orks would love it too.
And I’m sure Genestealer Cults would fit perfectly as well.
