Fat Dragon’s Wilderness Adventure Begins on Kickstarter!
January 20, 2015 by dracs
Fat Dragon Games' latest Kickstarter project, the Wilderness Adventure range of printable terrain, is now up and looking for crowd funding.
Judging from the images we are seeing on the Kickstarter, the Wilderness Adventure sets will cover a wide variety of terrain and environments beyond the confines of the city, from woodlands, to cliffs and possibly even deserts.
These pieces look like they go together well to allow an interesting, multi-dimensional gaming environment. I particularly like the look of the trees, which take the form of platforms to show any minis who might be lurking in their branches.
However, for me the most interesting pieces have to be the two buildings that have been promised. It may be a wilderness, but that just means the buildings are little more imaginative.
The appearance of Baba Yaga's hut is particularly welcome as I believe Fat Dragon fans have been wanting something like this for a while. I would be afraid though that the chicken feet would easily bend not support its weight if you put a miniature in it.
There is plenty more planned for this Kickstarter of course, including a Goblin Camp and even a volcano. Given that the project has already managed to go well over its funding goal, I think we can expect to see these new paper goodies appearing soon.
Do you plan to support Fat Dragon Games' Wilderness Adventure?

I never thought I’d say this about paper trees, but I think it has its uses and good uses at that.
