Build Up A 6mm Napoleonic Battlefield With Total Battle Miniatures

If you're into your 6mm historical then you should head on over and check out what Total Battle Miniatures have been coming up with for use with Napoleonic warfare in terms of terrain. The Big Battalions range has some new buildings worth checking out...
First up we have the Hougoumont Chateau and the Le Haye Sainte Farm which a lot of you will remember from Warrens ranting on Weekender episodes and of course the amazing Sharpe. The Chateau is meant to be very historically accurate and in keeping with how it would have looked back in the day.
In contrast the Le Haye Sainte Farm has been created with a sunken footprint which means it has been re-sized to make it fit into a more realistic area of ground on the tabletop while also making it useful for battles where you are using one man to represent several in a regiment.
In contrast we have larger pieces like this for 6mm scale representing Plancenoit. Whereas the Chateau and Le Haye Sainte Farm cover an area of 115mm x 140mm and 90mm x 50mm footprint respectively the whole of Plancenoit is 270mm x 250mm and gets you everything from the little village.
You can of course buy each of the buildings separately but it's interesting to it all together like this. Total Battle Miniatures have a whole range of additional 6mm buildings for you to check out and each of them looks highly detailed considering the scale they're at.
I think it's quite a feat that people make terrain this size look great!

Wow, that’s really really cool – some of the most detailed 6mm scenery I’ve seen I think.
They look awesome although I bet 6mm terrain is a killer to paint
Oh wow! That’s another huge incentive to get into 6mm
well timed for the waterloo anniversary.
All I would say about this is that 6m scenery is easy to paint and that there are companies like Timecast and Leven Miniatures that is doing stuff that is just as good
These guys do fab 6mm scenery and like @torros says other companies do great stuff that paints up well;-)
I actually pictured WW1 & WW2 battles with this.
