Wild Land Battle It Out In A Ruined Cathedral
October 4, 2016 by brennon
Wild Land are a small company on Facebook providing you with MDF terrain for the tabletop. One of their latest kits is this impressive Ruined Cathedral.
The building has a fairly large footprint and would take up a good portion of the tabletop. The basic flooring supports big thick stone walls which have taken quite the battering.
We reckon that this would be a good shout for not only Historical gaming, a bombed out Cathedral in World War II Europe perhaps, but also in your games of Warhammer 40,000 and Warzone: Ressurection. It would fit right into that aesthetic.
It's a well-designed building with plenty of room for a unit to sit inside it and benefit from cover. The raised tower section also gives you plenty of height from which to snipe your enemies. A few ladders and other accessories would bring this to life and make it look like a makeshift base too maybe!
What do you think of it?

Ooo the cathedral looks great and will fit on any table from medieval to 40K.
I’ve not come across this company before. some nice pieces on their FB page
Looks far too clean – get Lloyd and Warren on it with their patent rubble and weathering effects!
Would even work for Malifaux etc.
