4Ground’s 28mm Sci-Fi Terrain Now On Pre-Order
October 30, 2015 by brennon
If you were interested in the 28mm Sci-Fi Jesserai Terrain from 4Ground that they've been teasing and previewing over the last few weeks then you'll be glad to know that it's now available to pre-order...
You can see some of the buildings that you can pick up as a full set in the image above and then singularly below. The Iapygian Township is the name of the whole collection when it's been put together.
Each of the buildings that you can pick up follows the standard check list from 4Ground in that it is easy to assemble, works without any paint, and all of them have interiors with which to fight through when you remove the roofs.
As well as the buildings you can also get some accessories like the Suspended Soft Lights and Medical Crates which can be used to adorn the walls and ceilings of your buildings, as well as the streets outside, making it into quite the lived in settlement.
This is already growing into quite the well catered for range and you can see a narrative developing for it and I'm sure we're going to be seeing it expand over the coming weeks and months. Keep an eye out for more from 4Ground in 28mm soon.
Will you be picking these up?

Definetly not at 4ground’s level of quality…..
they are not bad, but after stoic arms…….
That’s silly, comparing one £125.00 kit while the set they are offering at £159.00 contains 5 buildings and shed loads of add-ons. I think price wise they are the same as the Mordanburg Hovels and the Highstreet Buildings.
To be honest if you can’t tell I like them.
I think the point was more around quality than price. I don’t think these stand the comparison with the Mordanburg buildings. Those were an incredible piece of design. These aren’t, though they’re decent enough.
It has that blocky Infinity look that many other companies have on the market. The good thing is its pre-painted and that is a big seller for me.
Personally I like these kits a bunch. Yes, they aren’t as characterful as the Fantasy range, but they are a lot more practical in terms of what you can actually do with the kits gamewise (eg: sticking troops on roofs) in addition to looking like they are easy to store.
Price wise, it seems pretty comparable to Plastcraft’s ColorED range, which I’m a tremendous fan of. Certainly can see myself picking up a few of 4Ground’s stuff down the lin
I like the shape and design I’m just not big on some of the colors. It would nice if they can bitz out the shaded parts so I can keep all of the buildings to a specific color or two.
Totally! If not ‘now’ it will be on my xmas list. Beautiful stuff.
If I didn’t have a load of Deadzone scenery, I’d buy this in a heart beat.
I think it looks good.
