4Ground Get Us Set To Rob Trains, Wild West Style!
January 16, 2019 by brennon
4Ground has been showing off some more of the work going into their Wild West range as they design the Baggage & Passenger Cars to go with their Steam Locomotives.
Considering that most of us are still on a high from Red Dead Redemption II and enjoying looking back at older games like Legends Of The Old West, we can see these being used by a lot of people for some train robberies!
It would be frankly awesome to have a massive table set up with a train at one end and your outlaws trying to get aboard it before it rushes off the other end. Of course, once on board they're going to have to blow the safe in the Baggage Car...
...and then make their way through the Passenger Car as they rob all of those poor folks who decided to take a train that day.
The interiors are all nicely detailed as you'd imagine from 4Ground and more importantly there looks to be enough room for a character to move around amongst the terrain too. You could imagine some intense shootouts happening inside and outside of these particular pieces of terrain.
Perhaps you could take a scenario from Red Dead Redemption II itself and have your Outlaws already robbing the train when the Law arrives! They then have to either scarper with the loot or try and deal with the Lawmen before they get surrounded.
Will you be snapping up this terrain?

Ooh a great looking train many work well in a future setting game like in a Westworld type game.
That train looks awesome, Now what I need is a 28mm scale delorean.
This looks like a 2-2 Train. Got my train knowledge on point this week.
?♀️ It’s a 4-4-0. Unless you mean with a 2-2 train to make it sound like a choo-choo train, then you’re correct.
Well, as I already have the train, ( bought it on thier Black Friday Sale ), I will have to get several passinger cars and one or two baggage cars.
My Dead Man’s Hand collection is growing again!
