Atomic Mass Games has been showcasing a couple of additional pre-orders for Star Wars: Shatterpoint. You can dive into some properly rebellious activities with these two sets featuring 40mm Sci-Fi miniatures for Inferno Squad, Han Solo and Chewbacca.

Today The Rebellion Dies - Squad Pack // Star Wars: Shatterpoint

We start with Today The Rebellion Dies Squad Pack which contains miniatures for the characters from Star Wars: Battlefront II. Inferno Squad actually had quite a good story, starting out as fearsome Empire soldiers before (spoilers) changing sides and fighting for the Rebellion when the veil is lifted from their eyes.

The set comes with miniatures for Iden Versio, Gideon Hask and Del Meeko allowing you to get into some tense fights as they war with their allegiance to The Empire. The miniatures look great and really match up with the video game versions. The set also comes with two standard members of Inferno Squad, your Imperial Special Forces, for hunting down your enemies and rooting them out.

This is a fantastic set and it's great to see that the characters have been added into Shatterpoint. You can actually get these miniatures for Star Wars: Legion if you prefer, battling at a slightly smaller scale.

Today The Rebellion Dies // Star Wars: Shatterpoint

It will be great to see more of these lesser-known collections of characters from different video games and more coming to Star Wars: Shatterpoint. It seems like the perfect game to drop them into due to its more "Saturday Morning Cartoon" feel.

Han Solo & Chewbacca!

As well as Inferno Squad, you can also get your hands on the Real Quiet Like Squad Pack.

Real Quiet Like Squad Pack // Star Wars: Shatterpoint

This set comes with the glorious scoundrel of the Rebel Alliance, Han Solo. He is presented alongside Chewbacca who looks ace. This gives you a Solo, Chewbacca and some Rebel Commandos who have been tasked with taking down shield generators or battling to stick a spanner in the works of The Empire.

Han Solo looks fine but I think Chewbacca is the star of the show here. I really like his pose and the fact he has a torn-off droid arm in one hand. I bet that Bowcaster packs a proper punch. The set also comes with a pair of Rebel Commandos.

Rebel Commandos // Star Wars: Shatterpoint

I feel like the painting of these particular miniatures might be a little flat (although better than I could do!). It might also just be that because the miniatures are bigger you need to add a bit more detail to the flatter portions of the sculpt.

Real Quiet Like // Star Wars: Shatterpoint
