The owners of the Death Fields Circuit have found creative ways to enhance the competition. When they headed back to abduct the first of the Zulu warriors they also decided to capture the gorillas of the Virunga mountains and bring them back, turning them into the Silverbacks.

Through a process of genetic modification, the Silverbacks were given increased intelligence and were then armed with lots of awesome weapons. You get a bunch of components in this set that allow you to arm the team with their big assault rifles if you like. Or, go berserker and let them smash your opponents into smithereens with their fists.

They also come clad in heavy armour and you have a variety of head options for you to choose from as well. This means that you can use them to make a great team of killers for the battlefield but they also work well as a Sci-Fi football team!

I sense that a lot of folks are going to end up picking these up for use in games like One Page Rules. Some more character models might not be a bad shout for this particular collection, allowing you to use these as your core troops.
