Hardcore Miniatures Newest Sci-Fi Orcs Go Tank Bustin’
November 11, 2021 by brennon
Hardcore Miniatures has been showing off their collection of new Sci-Fi releases for their Orc range. This time around, the Hardcore Orcs are going Tank Bustin' with a bunch of new sets in 28mm, perfect for use alongside your grimdark armies.
Tank Huntaz // Hardcore Minaitures
There are two sets of different Tank Huntaz which come armed with all manner of different rocket launchers. They are absolutely laden with explosive ordnance meaning even the fearsome armoured vehicles of the Adeptus Astartes and Astra Militarum should beware. You can take a look at Tank Huntaz Type A and Tank Huntaz Type B for a closer peek at the models within each set.
If you're looking for an epic leader to take control of your Tank Huntaz then you can also pick up the Tank Huntaz Leada who is armed with a launcher that fires FOUR missiles at once.

You can also get some close combat based Orcs for you to use when hunting down Tanks. Sometimes the accuracy of an Orc lets them down so they turn to rockets strapped to big sticks. Now all you need to do is run forward and slam your "hammer" into the side of a tank.
Rokkit Hammer Orc // Hardcore Miniatures
If you want to be a bit more swish then you could also put together a band of Rokkit Pistol Orcs like this fellow below.

The Orcs carry over the look and feel of the more modern take on the greenskins from Warhammer 40,000. To this end, they should fit in alongside the likes of the new Kill Team and the updated Combat Patrol. There is plenty of character in these sculpts and it's hard not to get drawn in by "Space Orcs". You just know you'd have a lot of fun painting them.
Finally, we also have loads of monstrous explosives in the form of the Tank Huntaz Leapaz.

This is a good example of the sort of miniatures you get in this set. They are big, hench, muscular mounds of teeth that have been given all manner of explosives so that they can lovingly bound up to tanks and explode in a shower of gore.
Make sure to check out the whole range on the links above!
