Forget Subtlety With Shattered Earth’s Kodiak THF Walker
December 9, 2015 by brennon
When you need to just blast away your foes then maybe it's time to call upon the brutal powerhouse that is the Kodiak THF Walker for Shattered Earth. This 'Tactical Heavy Frame' is a nasty piece of mobile artillery support which will be making sure to cover the battlefield with explosions...
"The Kodiak is physically imposing at almost 12’ high, carrying more than a passing resemblance to the bear it shares a name with. It is often described as a ‘walking tank’, and occupies much the same role on the battlefield. Whilst tracked vehicles are still in use in some operational zones, the rugged terrain of 30 A.E. ensures that heavy frames like the Kodiak are in much more widespread use."
I love the design of the Kodiak which has something of the mechs from Deus Ex and the likes of the Metal Gears too. Add to that a good dose of anime-ness (that's a word right?) and you have an awesome looking model that stands in contrast to some of the other miniatures in the range.
You can check out more of their artwork and designs HERE.
What do you think?

such an original name choice 😛
It’s not “anime-ness”. The correct term is “animecity”.
