I’m gonna have to take a look at this. I like campagn and resorce themed games. Plus to have a RPG element is just added goodness.
And the planet is wiped out by a virilant disease from an unsanitized phone.
I too kept thinking about the Golgafrinchans but that happens any time someone mentions leaving the earth.
I wish the video showed some more of the concept art or actual minis. The minis I’ve seen look really good but I’m waiting to jump in and buy until I get a chance to read the ruleset which is coming out in a couple weeks.
Having homesteads and only a smattering of high technology makes me think this game will have a Firefly feel (just without the spaceships) – certainly peaks my interest.
