The creators of Infinity sit down with Warren to discuss the rich background to the game and some of the unique points that make Infinity such a stunning Sci-Fi experience.
Guys i would love to see more stuff like this. Interviews with actual developers. You dont have to do a week for every game, but id love to see more face to face time with the developers of the different games. Just throwing that out there.
I like the setting. The minis look good, but I somehow have great difficulties to differentiate between the look of the human factions. Without color some units look quite similar I think
I believe given time a player can easily identify the factions from their unique style, from the elegant Sci Fi PanOceania, to the hard Sci Fi Yu Jing, the cyberpunkish Nomads and the near future looking Haqqislam, to the present day looking Ariadna.
Well, in the basic idea that everyone has a rifle, some armor and often helmet yes (ariadna and haqqislam less so), but they all have different styles of said armor and weapons, and after seeing a few models of each faction its easy to spot which faction they belong to most of time.
anyway, I really like when the designers/creators of games are allowed to talk, you can try and catch a glimpse of what goes through their heads when they designed the system.
Wow this is great. I love seeing the men behind the game. It really gives us a chance to understand what it is they set out to do with the game. BTW the model line is top quality.
Fantastic video guys, thanks you for putting us in touch with the guys that can explain the story first hand. Though call my Nomads a “Gypsy” again and we may have words ;D.
The miniatures at first glance can all look a bit samey, however when you get into it you do notice just how different they all are. But remember this isn’t 40k with their ‘heroic’ scale it is a more realistic representation of various human factions as opposed to alien races (Combined Army aside) so there is going to be a similarity. I challenge anyone not to be able to tell the difference between the JSA and the Pan-O knights etc. This is my favourite BoW video so far, its great to here the CB guys talking in such depth about… Read more »
This is brilliant.
Its like Cyberpunk corporations in space, then add invading aliens, which is pretty awesome.
This was a great interview.

Sublime… Everything I like about Sci-Fi is in this universe !
Thank you for a good interview. Its fantastic to hear the developers talk about their products. Please keep up the good work. I hope Malifaux is next!
That’s a great interview, I like how the focal points of Infinity were highlighted, both in the background and in the rules.
There’s a group of players here locally that are pretty much playing it exclusively…
I hear its real in depth game play wise.

I have no trouble…my Pan O are the alive ones and the Yu Jing are the dead ones 😉
