Workshop’s Digital Editions Turn To Blood Angels Next
November 1, 2013 by brennon
Black Library and the Games Workshop Digital Editions wing of it are turning their attention to Blood Angels this Saturday. The Codex will be coming to both iDevices, Android and Kindle...
According to the spiel nothing is going to be changing when it comes to the rules but it will involve all the updates and errata since the Codex was released, and it does seem like a long time ago now doesn't it?
As well as that a concerned commenter asked if this was going to be invalidated soon after release with a proper Codex but apparently that won't be the case. So, there is some use in getting a hold of this if you are a Blood Angels player.
There might also be some more Inquisitorial sneak peeks over the weekend too so look out for that.
Will you be getting this?

Does the answer to the ‘concerned commentator’ by their source mean that:
A: the BA Codex will eventually be updated/hardbacked – but not for the foreseeable future OR
B: the BA Codex will not be updated in any shape or form – apart maybe as an eCodex only?
Current rumors put a new BA book at least 9 months out, possibly over a year away.
Unlikely. I don’t see the point in getting it if i already own the current BA codex (and printed out faq). If i was a new player about to embark on the Blood Angels, then I would definitely get this.
Wish the updated version gave Mephiston’s power weapon an AP2, would make it a lot more fun to rock it out with the Lord of Death…
not his power weapon, that wouldn’t fit. couldn’t care less if you’re the lord of death a force sword is a force sword. the psychic power that makes him S10 (unleash rage?) should make him AP2 instead. makes more sense that way (to me at least).
As I don’t own neither of those platforms not getting physical copy in near future would make me angry as BA player.
“Coming hot off the heels of our recent Space Marines™ release we’re going to rerelease and update our Space Marines™ release.
Next week, Marines…
in space?”
Sorry, couldn’t resist. Low hanging fruit and all.
Awesome! It seems warhammer 40k never stops making us exited does it?
£20 to £30 for a ebook is alot of money
