I could easlily have gone my whole life in ignorance about this one
It would have snuck up on you sooner or later, nobody escapes the moose knuckle.
Love the banter…. Keep it up. And congrates with the little one.
Glad to hear that you are thinking of keeping to the new format for GW stuff, they even had me have a week moment where I did think of starting a WoC army – look forward to the DoC stuff.
Themed week are much more suited to stuff like MERCS or DzC or DW
I really like the themed weeks as they are a great tool for generating interest in a game that may just get passed unnoticed or ignored. There are so many games out there that I’d like to try but they are lacking in devotees.
Looking forward to seeing more games on your shows. Yeah, GW does great stuff but there’s definitely other games that deserve themed weeks. I like the way BoW has evolved since I signed in for backstage. Keep up the good work, guys.
Congrat’s on the Baby Boy, will get my first grand child next month. You do a very good job of your info, I don’t think you are a bunch GW fan boys, go to BOLS if you need so you get comparison.
You are talking the same way many of my friends have about GW for the last 3 years, and there is so much good product and games out there now. I love the diversity you have on your site, thats why I’ve Backed it with $$.
Congrats on the Baby
Hi Warren, if you going to do a dust warfare week, let me know. We are testing the game and hoping to have a small tournament.
Thank you all for giving me ample reason not to get a tattoo.
I think a shift of focus of the big projects away from GW is a good thing , I’ll try to explain why. Firstly, it would be silly to ignore GW , 40K is still far and away the most popular game out there , I suspect it is even if you include historicals as well, and although in some places, notably the US , warmachine has at least drawn level with fantasy if not surpassed it, GW is still the big player, what they do does have an effect on the whole market, even when they get it wrong,… Read more »
Hey, make sure you give the guys from Modiphius a high-five for their plans for a 3rd edition of the Mutant Chronicles RPG. Sure, Achtung! Cthulhu looks great and I love the vibe they captured.. but everyone knows that giant shoulder pads and even bigger guns is where it’s at! 😀
What? Space Marine?
You can be forgiven for thinking so, but no. Back in the day, the Mutant Chronicles RPG / Warzone tabletop game had GW beat hands down in the shoulder pads and silly guns department. Observe:

That gun in his hands? That’s a submachine gun, Imperial style 😀
Very nice chat as always. And Dropzone commander … omg this seems very nice.
I love the dropzone its awesome
I actually met Roman in Dublin at Leprocon at the week end. Genuinely nice guy. He gave me a few honest opinions and tips on a few of my painted Menoth army. Yea 🙂
Always a relaxing time to watch this and get the mind of work.
Thanks for the vid
