Christopher comments on how many mould lines there are on the minis – are they especially bad?
They’re not that bad, from my experience, but, as they say, “contents may vary”… If a mould line is screwing up some of the details or pose completely, you may want to ask Privateer Press for a new miniature (in a nice e-mail with a photo). They have great custmer service.

I think the minis are excellent but the design choices for injection points is poor- eg the calf?? why not the base of the foot? The ridge line on the menoth warjack is a silly place to put the injection
Having said that I didnt have a huge problem with my battlebox sets
I LOOOVE the new two player set, and their move to more dynamic resin models. The only problem i have with the vanquisher is the chain weapon. It seems to be too curved (the chain), and doesn’t quite look right whenever i see it.
Once I’ve got my hands on it i might change my mind, or just bend it a bit until i like it.
Thats very nice pose that you gave to that Vanquisher.
I’m surprised you are not magnetizing you warmacines this would allow you to save a bit of green and give you all the pose-ability you desire.
how big a magnet can fit in those amry joints to magnetize it i was told 3mm will do but i dont see why i would if it can fit a 4mm magnet so how big is that little army joint (on the arm not eh main body that is huge)
