Pyromancy: for when you should have used the 70 point for your primaris psyker on 14 more flamers in the first place.
Pyromancy isn’t bad if there were two really good powers and the rest are “ok if you got stuck with them” then it would see some play. It helps any army that doesn’t have huge access to melta/flamer weaponry as all pyromancy powers are reasonable.
Talking about randomness though it’s like this comment interface doesn’t hang on a D6 roll of 1 as it’s taken over 30 minutes to write a few bloody lines!
