fantastic! what a great imposing size they have! impressive work from the boys at worthy, the blood bowl human team they posted on youtube the other day is well ‘worthy’ of a view also (DROOL!).
oh wow they look really impressive. I think you may just sent me down another path.
Very nice – now we just need the orc true scale as well 😉
Those marines look awesome! Isn’t the sargeant’s sword actually Gabriel Seth’s eviscerator?
its acctually called a blood reaver but yeah

Those look amazing.
The Chapter house kit was sculpted by Hits_the_spot on the Dakka forums he recently opened his own web store called warsmith miniatures so both sets are sculpted by the same guy
Thats a good idea doing them true scale. Has anyone ever made “true scale” as in 7, 8 feet tall?

Now this is interesting, I went to the link today, and it seems that War Smith Miniatures has brought down their conversion kits. Anyone know why they might have done this, other than GW probably dropping their usual “we’ll take you to court” threat?
Pretty much this. With BoW showcasing WP’s video, I’m sure some one at GW picked up on it, and a C&D letter was sent out. Pity, in my opinion. It’s amazing how other companies are capable of recreating GW-inspired pieces almost on a bi-monthly basis that are nice sculpts, but a bit over the top. But when something as generic as up-scaled legs and torsos come out, BANG the letters go flying out.
I was looking forward to having these as an option, but that’s out of the question now.
