Would love to try the game out, but no one I know is actually willing to give it a try due to the huge costs incurred. Which is a shame really, as I think it will always be a what if… game, especially how the economy is at present and so many company doing very cheap intro boxes for 2 player. I understand you have a starter box set, but it seems very underwhelming to say the least, again another shame and another what if. £37 for a rule book or £63 for a single starter army of 10 models… Read more »
Despite my somewhat negative comment, I would like to wish you all the best. As more games out there the better imho, as this game can inspire newbies into the community which in time builds the community and other systems. 🙂

At least rulebooks are now available as free downloads. But I have to agree this miniature line is pretty expensive actually. Moreover the game is not bad but the learning curve is very steep and a demo is absolutely necessary to get into it.
Actually it’s not that expensive since you don’t need huge amounts of minis and can build a really good force just off the starter army’s. so no it’s cheap especially when compared to other games. The rules are really good for this game as well. Costs really GW anyone yeah costs.
