What is Stalking Out of the Fog of Puppets War?

Puppets War have put out a preview showing a couple of strange looking creatures stalking out of the fog. What could these be?
These are very alien looking hound-like creatures. You can clearly see chains and collars around their necks, so these things are obviously pretty dangerous. The renders show clear musculature and the poses are reminiscent of real life predators, though these things are far more menacing than any lion.
What are these mysterious creatures?

the heads remind me of the collectors from mass effect
They look like they’d make perfect Dark Eldar creatures or maybe Chaos Hounds in some form, either Sci-Fi or Fantasy. 🙂
