Good little video Darrell. This time it seems your not doing any cheese, its pure tactics and common sense.
If you bring a Multitracker on the Hammerhead (which i never leave home without) it can fire as if it is a fast vehicle so you can pop out with it 12 inches and take the rail-gun shot.
Not sure which Eldar codex you’re reading Darrel, but I’m reading the North American edition and I don’t see any option for replacing my Pulse Laser with a Bright Lance. There’s an option to take a Bright Lance as an addon, but that would but the Falcon at around 200pts with Holo-Fields. Personally I prefer the two shots I get with the Pulse Laser to the one from the Bright Lance.
I am surprised that you did not touch on another tactic… using smoke launchers, if available. Even though you can only use it once, they are most useful when you are stuck out in the open and can’t move, or want to move and still provide yourself some cover saves.

could always tank shock if you can still move.
I am not a great fun of the railgun which costs 50 points! Prefer the Ion cannon which runs at 15 points and has a 60 Inch range. A team of broadsides do the job better!
If a falcon cant shoot use it as a huge arrow, ramming veichles suffer hits with a number of modifiers, +1 if it is a tank, (tick) +2 for armour and +1 for every 3 inches moved, a falcon can move 36 inches so it that is +12, even tho there is a maximum strength of 10, so it may as well be armed with a railgun and it can hit smaller veiches such as land speeders, pirahanas and clip the whole squadron if you are lucky, shaken vehicles have there uses
