Brilliant New Vehicle from Ramshackle Games

My views on some of the miniatures from Ramshackle Games is well known. However, there is one thing they do well and that's make post-apocalyptic/sci-fi vehicles that are cool and affordable.
Check out this new Degu Scout Car.
This is a great looking armoured car. I want three of them just to make a Secrets of the 3rd Reich armoured car squadron.
... and here's another cracker... Darrell and I were recently discussing 40K Apocalypse and he wanted some of those Forgeworld Drop Pods that you can assault out of.
Then I thought... what about proxying them with Mole Machines... well here's the very thing!
If you're in the market for some proxy vehicles, then I would always recommend having a look at the Ramshackle Games Vehicle Catalogue.
Ramshackle’s concepts and designs are nice, but the quality (at least in my experience) is shocking: extremely fragile, flaky resin and miscasts all over the place. They are VERY cheap though, so maybe they have their place.
this would be great for a diorama of the near future
is it me or do those wheels actually look like you could push this model?
It gives it that retro-look, that’s why I was thinking of getting them for Weird WW2.
I wouldnt say “brilliant” its ok ….but that is all – ok.
I kinda like it. I know it’s a scout car but it needs a HMG on the roof, maybe it’s designed to fit the hmg from your system. It looks like it could only carry 2 -3 at the most…
It can carry more – no doubt it’s bigger on the inside (Time Lord Science FTW) like the Rhino… 😉
