Rick Priestley’s Gates of Antares Kickstarter Goes Live
January 3, 2013 by brennon
Dark Space Corp and Rick Priestley have now finally finished the countdown to their Gates of Antares Kickstarter Project. Check out some of the concept art below and then head over for a whole host of rewards and options...
This game is set to be rather unique in that the history and future development of the game is going to be driven by you. A lot of the ideas for this game are still in the head of Mr Priestley and this Kickstarter aims to use your input to create a world that everyone enjoys.
Check out some of the information over on the Kickstarter page and get ready to help a potentially excited project. I do like the idea that with the rules, models and background everyone is going to have something interesting thing to say.
How does this Kickstarter measure up to you?
Will you be pledging?
There are too many games I have already and don’t play/haven’t finished painting/haven’t got but would love.
They need to make a better video explaining more about their game. I know Rick is a Wargamer God but i’ll be keeping track until i know more about it.
Well it’s been interesting to follow it’s progress towards kickstarter. It’s got some promise certainly. Still very nebulous on an actual look and style to it all which is most of a games initial attraction. Kev White stuff looks great. The others…meh. I don’t like Karol Rudyks art style at all. He should stick to painting miniatures.
