Rebel Releases the Mech Squad of the URSA
May 31, 2013 by dracs
Rebel have trotted out Micropanzer's new heavily armoured models, ready to stomp across the battlefield weathering any fire power the enemy throws at them. The URSA Mech Assault Team.
In terms of their general design these models aren't bad, with some good detail and an armour design that does look like it could take a few hits.
Something in the pose puts me off them though. They look a little off balance to my eye, particularly the central Assault Squad Commander.
Is Rebel's Mech squad what your army needs?
these were from micropanzer, or have i missed something?
No you’re right, they’re stocked by Rebel, I should actually have mentioned that in the post. Thanks for catching it.
Are these terminator sized models
If you read the description, you’ll see the scale is 15mm. Also, given the pictures, I seriously doubt they’re even bigger than a normal 28mm miniature, let alone “heroic scale” !
They’re slightlylarger than basic marines for 40k, as the picture from Beasts of War would have me believe:

They really look clunky. If painted better they most likely be more appealing.
they are as large as a tau battlesuit actually — I sold the design to rebel as I was unhappy with final product and size — Figured it is still a nice model and some one should sell it.
