Get a Quick Start on the Wild West Exodus
November 7, 2013 by dracs
We're all buzzing over the new game of Wild West Exodus, with its stylish miniatures and gritty, characterful setting. So it is really good to see that a new set of Quickstart Rules have just been brought out by Outlaw Miniatures.
A set of Quickstart Rules like these are always a good thing to see a game bring out. They allow players toquickly and easily get to grips with the mechanics of the game before delving into its more in depth elements and also means players can try before they buy.
If you want to try out Wild West Exodus be sure to head over and check out these new Quickstart Rules.
Awesome job that they brought these out in time for them getting the cargo container delivered today! 😀 Only a short time now until we get out little nuggets of gold in the post! 😀
The quick start rules look pretty sweet and I do believe it will be on a poster format on the reverse. 🙂
I’m with you on that broadside, can’t wait for the mini’s to get here. I will be playing the game as a memorial to my father, who read a large amounts of Wild West book through his life, and wrote down a pile of plots and notes for me to use in this game. Pity he tragically died a month ago, it would have been the first table top game he would have played with me and my friends….
Are there quickstart rules?
;^)
Downloadable QSR a few proxy figures is my usual first step on the slippery slope to buying into a new game. That and a WWX week on here should seal the deal.
It’s like crack “your first rules are free …”
@somegeezer Yep then I’m their bitch.
it’s just a great way to get into a game. Take something like Infinity you can download the qsr and the full rules. I don’t suppose I’m in the minority as someone who then went on to buy the hard copy.
We’re all one game company’s bitch on here. At least one 🙂
Interested to see that train brought to life. From the KS info and seeing the size of the some of the other transports (and the massive chunks of resin that form them), it should be quite the marvel.
Maybe it’s just me but this is a terrible rule set. It’s the reason I never backed this Kickstarter. The minis are OK but the rules are terrible, bloated, and tedious. Sorry but you guys are welcome to this one.
