Warren!!!!
The influence of BOW spreads…soon we will be taking over the internet, and then the games themselves.
nice… I love these vids. Clear & concise…
To be honest, Beasts of War is just the best. Fun videos to watch, good interaction with viewers, guides on how to play and paint things, showing off how fun other games can be…
I don’t know, of all the tabletop websites, this is the one I end up visiting every day.
Very good, but Warren, give it some gusto next time! 🙂
Very very good. Good team up between Corvus Belli and BoW. The video is fun to watch because of the great graphics and that sexy voice sounds very familiar lol.
That’s so awesome!!
very good job
Looks good, well scripted and with nice narrating voice.
perfect.
Works great for explaining the rules, got me more interested. I’ve heard there’s a lot of great mechanics in Infinity, but have never seen a game.
Check out videos from the Infinity week, to get more idea about the game. As all the rules and tokens are freely available on the CB site, you can proxy yourself and a friend a game to see what’s what. Highly recommended – once you experience the ARO system, most of the IGOYOUGO games will feel really static.
I feel BOW has just ‘upt the game’ when it comes to video tutorials. I really like this video, it’s like a computer game tutorial, very professional. Nice one lads.
That’s a really smooth format there. Obviously it would be just as useful with Warmachine, Malifaux, any of the rulesets that are tricky to learn.
Thanks guys
Thousand times thanks. This video is awesome.
Corvus Belli and BoW couldn’t have asked for a better team up.
Im glad they asked you Warren to do a voice over. No offense to the Infinity guys, but i had a hard time understanding them. Warren was much easier to understand and much easier to follow.
Great vid. Very understandable and clear.
nice vid but i may have to reread the rulebook
I thought you declare action as move+attack. You move, the opponent does an ARO then you attack. So my understanding is that you may not get to attack if you get shot and killed(due to aro) before you engage in cc
@trebormills In an order squence all declared actions happen simultaneaously. Your miniature moves, the enemy shoots and your miniature hits in CC. Everything happens at the same time, and confronted actions ares solved with a face to face roll. In the video example there is no way that the Shasvastiis could avoid the Magister Knight reach close combat with the Yaogat and hit him. BUT, the Yaogat could even win the combat with his ARO. by the way, the Shasvastiis could shoot at the Knight and maybe even kill him when all dice rolls are solved. So, during order spending… Read more »
i guess that makes sense…..thanks for clarification
Nice video guys, I like the basic stop-motion and FX stuff to make it easier to see whats happening and how things work. I’m certainly keeping an open mind to infinity – sadly, my rather niche taste ensures theres fewer models I see that I like (much like 40k, where I had to “counts as” to do my Enslavers) – but the ones I do like the looks of a lot are the Remote Drones, Obsidon Medchanoid and Slave drones – anyone know if its possible to just play use those?
So is impetuous a benefit or a penalty? I don’t see why anyone would want to have a guy that is forced to move to an foe. Am I missing something?
Its a bit of a penalty and a benefit. You get a free order but you may get in trouble using it. Its a nice balance I think.
Thanks, thats what I got out of the video, good to know from someone else to clear it up for me.
Well done Warren!
I’ll be looking forward to hearing more of your voice in the coming videos!
Great video and I love the special effects, but when will we be able to see the rest of the BoW Infinity videos?
Great clear concise video guys. Think it would be more fun if it where more……Warreny (maybe a new English dictionary entry).
Very nice.
I would like to have see the results of the combat worked out so there was a full sequence from start to finish.
