Necron Canoptek Scarabs Scuttle Forth from Forge World
January 27, 2012 by dracs
The scuttling swarms of the Necron Canoptek Scarabs are now crawling out of Forge World.
These detailed little creepies will be a great inclusion to your Necron armies.
What are your thoughts on these? will they be included in your armies?

Replicators!?
not really, they first appeared after scarabs did in 40K, so SG1 copied 40k? Or Mecano?
As always they will cost an arm and a leg being its from forge world.
But at least the resin will have less defects.
£16 for 3 bases! not worth it when for an extra £5-ish you can have 12 warriors aswell.
You’re paying over the odds, I pay £15.35 and get the same, but I said this on another forum already 😉
Sorry should point out that it would be £15.38 and £3.55 for P&P so £18.93, but obviously P&P becomes cheaper if I order more stuff at the same time.
Don’t know about forgeworld now, they managed to mess up my 2 dreadnoughts I ordered and I don’t fancy taking my chances with smaller models lol
Other than that, they do like all right, but I prefer the GW ones
I’d rather pay an extra four quid and get 12 warriors too…prefer GW scarabs too if I’m honest
i might get one kit. saying that i luv scarabs and hav even brought some of the OOP ones for my collection 😛
Guys it saids it contains 12 scarabs, so just put two on each base making 6 bases!!!
I put 3 on mine to match the number of wounds per base.
I am pretty cheep!!!! I just put one per base….. that left a bunch left over. I am in the process of making a diorama of a swarm of scarabs eating through the rear corner of a IG Tank while a Necron Overlord is cleaving the battle cannon and front armor in two pieces… should look pretty cool.
Those are rather good looking models. Better looking than they retail counter parts.
there legs dont look right, i prefer gw or puppets of war ones
