Great team with a lot of synergy. Awesome job with the interview/review guys.
I really like the idea and rules for this team BUT the images of the models are a big turn off, they do not seem as nice sculpts as the ccc/texico/sefadu. Is it just the pictures or are they not as good?
I think a lot of it comes down to the painting. The Texico minis don’t look too appealing either, but I’m sure you can do a lot with a better choice of colours.
i know it has a lot to do with personal preference but i much prefer the texico to the iss, based purely on the images available to me…
The only texico i have issue with is the jaguar as he looks a bit too cartoony for me. Kepler you are correct though, different painting could make a huge difference.

The ISS models are not as good as the other MERCS factions, this is a pretty well known fact in the community and even Brian once admitted that the experience with the ISS made them rethink the whole 3D render sculpting. The ISS were the first fully computer generated models and as sorry as I am to say this – it shows. I have them here and the details are simply too thin and not crisp enough. A thin layer of paint is enough to cover some details and you really have to be good with the paintjob to make… Read more »
Perhaps a mini kickstarter to have these resculpted would be an option. I love the concept, but they look quite poor compared to the rest of the line.
Thanks for the candid reply. It is a shame. I love most of the models in the needs range except the I s s (tho the leader is ok) and the u s c r (again the commissary is ok) on the whole I like the rest. I just need to decide if I want to take advantage of the starter deal and get c c c /sefadu or get the sefadu and texico…decisions decisions…..
